Jeff - Boulder, CO

Lacey is amazing! We've worked with her for almost two years and she is compassionate and empathetic with a deep understanding of OCD. Lacey has provided our son with the necessary tools to dramatically improve his mental health. We highly recommend Lacey!

Christine - Boulder, CO

Lacey truly made a difference in my daughter’s life. My daughter had a sudden onset of severe OCD. We were all so confused and did not know how to proceed. I’m lucky to have found Lacey. She educated our family on OCD in a way that was accessible to everyone. She made my daughter realize that she is not alone and that other people struggle with OCD too. Lacey connected with my daughter immediately and they have a solid relationship based on trust. After 6 months of services, my girl has accepted her OCD and is able to get through “tough OCD moments” with more ease. She is confident that she is in control,  not her OCD.

Gregg - Fort Collins, CO

Colorado OCD & Anxiety Treatment has been instrumental in supporting our daughter's OCD and anxiety journey. Lacey has been there from the beginning for us - our first visit was during a very difficult time in 2023. Over the past two years, our daughter has improved dramatically - through sessions with Lacey, resources and exercises provided, and just the overall care and concern Lacey has for our daughter and family.

Lacey provides an environment that is welcoming and safe, allowing for our daughter and family to speak about concerns, share our successes, and share setbacks - no judgements, just pure, authentic support.

Her communication is the best and her ability to meet the needs of in-person or virtual sessions provides great flexibility when needed.

Two years ago, we were scared and at a loss for whom to turn to for help - we found Lacey. If you or your family are looking for this type of care, Colorado OCD & Anxiety Treatment is for you.

"In this powerful and personal conversation, I sit down with Lacey Pacheco, MA LPC-S, to explore the realities of living with OCD and anxiety—and the many pathways to healing. We talk openly about our own experiences, how these conditions can show up in everyday life, and how to take the first steps toward understanding and managing them.

Lacey brings her clinical expertise as a licensed professional counselor supervisor to break down therapy options, misconceptions, and what healing really looks like. Whether you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or just beginning to wonder if therapy could help—you’re not alone. This is your sign to start the journey toward healing."
